WE HAVE NOW BEEN IN OUR NEW PREMISES FOR OVER A YEAR!
We moved into our new surgery at 116 Station Rd in April 2009. Our new premises are modern and spacious for both patients and staff to enjoy. The ground floor waiting room and 4 surgeries are all air conditioned. The new practice was designed to provide an environment where patients can be confident they are receiving the highest standards of treatment - and it looks great too!
We request that our patients park in the town centre car parks and not in the adjoining roads and cul-de sacs. We are on the part of Station Rd that leads to the Scotch Horn Centre and Tesco's. Our property backs onto the free car park which has an entrance opposite the rear of the Iceland store. We have a large sign in front of our premises clearly marked Dentalcare@Nailsea. Please do not obstruct the drives of our neighbouring properties if dropping someone off at the surgery.
Our new premises has level access and disabled facilities which will greatly improve the service we offer to our patients. Mr Rautenbach's and Mr Robert's surgeries are on the ground floor. Mr Collard has regular sessions downstairs for those of his patients with impaired mobility.
There is a link on our "links" page of this website to multimap where you can type in the postcode to find the location of our new practice.
STAFF CHANGES
Two of our wonderful receptionists will sadly be leaving us at the end of September. Wendy and Sally have both worked at our practice for over 20 years. They know many of our patients and will be greatly missed by all of us - especially their smiles and laughter! We wish them good luck in all they do in the future.
