Our practice provides a range of dental healthcare services. If you have any questions about your own need for treatment or a specific aspect of our service, please call the dental practice or email us.
Oral Hygiene Care
We have 4 part-time Hygienists at the practice. Our dental Hygienists work with your dentists to ensure that your dental healthcare programme is maintained. Our aim is prevention rather than cure wherever possible. Hygienist appointments are available on every day of the week, although they do get booked up for a few weeks in advance. We have a dedicated hygienist surgery.
Oral Hygiene Products
We also sell a full range of oral hygiene products, including electric toothbrushes, at competitive prices. Your dentist or hygienist will recommend certain products to you that will help you maintain good oral health.
Many people come to us having had a bad experience elsewhere. Others simply have an irrational fear of dentists. At Dentalcare@Nailsea we wish to offer you an entirely different patient experience. However anxious you may be, rest assured we will help you overcome your fears!

Cerec Ceramic Inlays
CEREC is an acronym for Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics. Translated, it means that a dentist can economically restore damaged teeth in a single appointment using a high-quality ceramic material that matches the natural colour of your other teeth. The crowns or restorations are milled in Mr Rautenbach’s surgery and can be fitted on the same day if necessary.
A lovely smile with sparkling teeth looks great and will give a child confidence. Fortunately you can keep them in tip-top condition, so get your children into the good habits outlined here and they will have healthy teeth for life.
