I am just writing to say a big “thank you” to all of the staff, including those that I have had dealings with just recently.  I have attended your practice for many years and have always found all the staff, receptionists, dental nurses and of course the dentists themselves, Mr Collard as my usual dentist in particular, to be very polite, efficient, helpful and reassuring. This was reinforced once again when last Wednesday whilst in France I broke a crown on one of my front teeth and also broke the post holding the crown.  I had already been due to come back to England on Thursday for just 5 days as I am in France for the summer holidays and having explained the whole situation to the receptionist I was booked in for an urgent appointment.  She obviously made good written notes as I then later received both an e-mail and a telephone message explaining that it was felt that I would need a longer appointment than originally booked and this was also made within the timescale.  Having attended yesterday, I was delighted that Mr Roberts was able to completely resolve my problem without having to effect just a temporary repair as I had thought would be the case.  Friends have expressed amazement that this was dealy with so promptly and helpfully, and having heard various tales of woe about their own experiences, I feel that my thanks to everyone, formally expressed, is way overdue.     Mrs D B*****
